| 摘 要： | ２１世纪是质量世纪,其建筑工程质量概念将比２０世纪大大拓宽。在２１世纪建筑质量管理的理论和方法上都将有重大突破,它主要表现在全面质量、质量再造、业主满意、内外评审及采用先进的信息技术等方面。建立包括质量、环境、职业安全和卫生的综合管理体系也将是大势所趋。

The theory and method of Architectural Quality Administration will have great advancements in the 21st century which will show in many respects, such asTQ, QR, CS, IC and QE. Establishing an integrated management system which consists of quality, eriTironment, occupational safety and health is also a trend. |
