山东省企业质量管理情况调查与分析

对山东省部分企业质量管理情况进行了初步调查,调查结果表明：山东省企业的管理者比较重视质量,普遍设置了质量管理部门和质量检验部门,比较重视质量体系建设,较好地开展了QC小组活动。但职工质量热情不高,质量责任制不健全,没有有效地利用统计技术,尚需加大质量工作的力度。

An Investigation and Analysis about Quality Management of Enterprises in Shandong Province

A preliminary condition survey on quality management of some enterprises in Shandong Province has been made. The result reveals that in most enterprises, many managers pay attention to quality,quality management department and quality inspection department have been set up commonly, quality system construction is taken seriously and QC group activities are carried out. But there still exist some shortcomings that some people aren' t warm toward quality, that responsibility system of quality isn't perfect, that statistical techniques aren't been used efficiently, and the like. So it is more effortful to strengthen quality in the future.
