| 摘 要： | 介绍了波多里奇质量奖的概况分析了１９９年度波多里奇质量奖的评选标准，并通过与１９９８年评选标准的比较，总结出波多里奇质量标准的发展趋势。最后，从波多里奇质量评价标准体系的特点及其与ＩＳＯ９０００标准的比较出发，对我国如何应用波多里奇质量标准进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In this article, the profile of the Baldrige Quality Award is introduced. Then, the Baldrige criteria are analyzed and developmental trends are concluded by comparing the 99' Baldrige criteria with those of 98'. Finally, based on the trait analysis of Baldrige criteria and a comparison with ISO 9000, some methods and suggestions on the application of the Baldrige Criteria in China are proposed. |
