| 摘 要： | 有关的考古发现是研究中国古代饮食文化的一个重要的资料来源。对于中国古代的饮食文化传统,根据现有的考古发现资料,可以从古代的烹饪技术和传统炊具、古代的厨师活动及传统食谱、直接出土的古代食物、出土的传统食具等四个方面来认识和研究。

| Abstract: | The discovery on archaeology is an important resource for the research of ancient diet culture.Accord-ing to the archaeological discovery in hand,we can get to know and study the ancient diet culture tradition of China by the following four aspects:the ancient cuisine techniques and traditional cookers,the activities of ancient chef and the traditional menu,the ancient food excavated from the grave and the cookers. |
