基于仿真的备件消耗预测方法研究

摘    要:针对目前装备备件消耗预测遇到的问题,文章提出基于仿真的备件消耗预测方法。首先分析了装备维修保障系统的结构和运行规律,在此基础上建立了面向仿真的装备维修保障模型,包括装备使用任务模型、装备系统模型、维修保障系统模型、使用与维修保障活动模型。借助SIMLOX仿真平台,结合案例想定对上述模型进行了仿真实现,得到备件消耗的品种和数量。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of equipment maintenance material consumption prediction, a method for predicting equipment maintenance material consumption based simulation is proposed. Firstly, the structure and operation of equipment maintenance support system is analyzed, and equipment maintenance support simulation models are established, which include the equipment use task model, the equipment system model, maintenance support system model, use and maintenance support activity model. Combined with case scenario, the above models are implemented based on SIMLOX simulation platform, resulting in the variety and quantity of material.
