我国信息分类编码标准研究综述及展望

信息的有效搜集和管理是保证企业信息化工作顺利开展的关键，对信息进行分类与编码就是一种有效的信息管理与应用模式。依据丰富的应用需求，我国信息分类编码标准化工作快速发展，信息分类编码标准数据急剧增加，但同时也出现了标准编写不符合规范、内容交叉、维护不及时等问题，影响了标准的实际使用，以及标准的制修订。本文对信息分类编码标准领域进行全面的调研工作，重新界定该领域的重要概念，提出标准筛选原则并对提取出的标准进行分布统计，然后分别从标准形式、标准内容和标准应用3个方面详细分析我国信息分类编码标准中存在的主要问题，最后提出公开、共享和互联互通的发展建议。

Retrospect and prospect of the research on information classification and coding standards

Classification and coding is an effective management and application pattern for information. Standards of information classification and coding can also be an important content to support government and enterprises informatization. Given the number of standards of information classification and coding constantly increased, a lot of problems have arisen, such as standard compiling diverges from the norm, content cross, maintenance not timely etc. This article redefining important concept, filtering all standards of information classification and coding and doing the statistics, then analyze the problems of standards forms, content and application. Finally give the prospect that standards should be open, shared and interconnection.
