论有色金属冶炼的全过程金属平衡管理

金属平衡管理是有色金属冶炼企业一项非常重要的工作，其主要任务是追踪企业的金属流向，分析并发现金属流失的原因，堵塞金属流失的漏洞，完善包括各个环节、各个生产工艺的方法，使企业对有价金属的回收最大化。但是，现在绝大部分有色金属冶炼企业的金属平衡管理模式已经不适应经营环境变化的需要，存在巨大的金属流失风险敞口控制缺失。文章根据成功的案例，提出了应对措施及建议。

On the Balance Management of the Metal for the Nonferrous Smelting Entire Procedure

The metal balance management is a very important job in the Nonferrous smelting enterprises, and its main task is to track the metal flow direction, analysis and find the reasons of loss of metal, block up loopholes of metal loss, improve method including all aspects and all production process so that enterprises maximize the recovery of valuable metals. But now, the model of the balance management of metal in nonfer- rous metal smelting enterprises has not suited the needs of the business environment changes, there is a huge control deficiency of the loss of metal. Based on the success cases, this article proposes responses and recom- mendations.
