| 摘 要： | 技术参数和标准界限是技术标准的重要组成部分。本文在简要介绍质量特性分类的基础上，对质量功能展开和参数设计两种技术参数设计方法进行了说明，给出了质量功能展开和参数设计的核心工具与设计步骤，并讨论了应用质量损失函数进行标准界限的设计方法，最后给出了应用实例。

| Abstract: | Technical parameters and specification limits are important parts of the technical standards. This paper describes the design methods of the technical parameters including the core tools and design procedures of the quality function deployment and parameter design, and the design procedures of specification limits by using the quality loss function are discussed. At last, application example is given. |
