| Abstract: | The new conception definition of standard system is introduced in this article. The connotations of standard system and methodology are deeply discussed. All standard systems are compartmentalized into three types. The full life-cycle procedure for standard system establishment is creatively established. The flow chart for standard system establishment is set up. The operation relations of three types of standard systems in the standard system establishment procedure are analyzed. The full life-cycle PDCA relations for standard system establishment are discussed. |
