运用能量转换理论识别消费品危害

运用风险评估技术有效评估消费品是否安全已成为国际消费品安全控制的惯例，在欧美等国家和地区已经系统地使用了较长的一段时间。然而，此项技术其实是一个较为复杂、互相联系的系统框架，在我国尚属于发展阶段，还有很多亟待完善的地方。在消费品安全越来越成为社会普遍关注的热点问题的背景下，形成一套适用性强、能够对使用阶段的消费品危害和伤害进行识别和分类的框架，对缺陷产品的发现、处理等工作的实践和研究能够起到指导作用。危害识别是一系列工作的基础，这篇论文试图以事故致因理论为出发点，梳理和探索在消费品安全实践中适用的识别方法。

Using Energy Conversion Theory to Identify Hazards of Consumer Goods

Risk assessment has become a necessary step of control in the field of global consumer product safety especially in Europe and the United States for some time. Product risk assessment in China remains a bit of behind other countries as this technology actually relates to many different academic research as well as practice experience that we are not prepared well. Therefore this paper tries to start from hazard identification by suggesting look at energy transformation theory to divide those hazards into groups, as an essential step to help with our current work.
