| Abstract: | In this paper,the author analyzes the main problems on human resource management of public sectors at the present stage.On the basis of strategic human resource management concept,the author puts forward countermeasures such as concept updating of public sectors human resource development,establishment of human resource management system,improvement of position classification system,and enhancement of training and education. |
