国外农业支持政策对我国农民增收的启示

农民增收是国家经济问题的重中之重,是解决好“三农”问题的关键。现阶段农民增收政策的制定难度远远大于以往,不仅受到国内经济落后的影响,同时受到来自世贸组织的种种规定限制。通过对美国、欧盟、日本、韩国、巴西、印度等国家的农业支持政策的分析,总结国际经验并借鉴,可以为我国制定农民增收政策提供很好的启示。

ENLIGHTENMENT FROM FOREIGN AGRICULTURE SUPPORTS POLICY ON INCOME INCREASING OF PEASANTS OF OUR COUNTRY

Increasing peasant's income is the most important thing of national economic matter,and the key to settle the problem "Agriculture,village and Peasants".At present stage,the formulation of the policy of peasants' income increasing is greater than before,it is not merely influenced by the fact that domestic economy is backward,It's limited by all sorts of regulations from General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade at the same time.Through support policy of U.S.A.,European Union,Japan,S.Korea,Brazil and India,summarizing international experience and drawing lessons from,we can gain very good enlightenment for our country to make the policy of income increasing of peasants.
