土地资源可持续利用面临的挑战与对策探讨

研究目的：分析广东省土地资源利用状况和特点，综合分析和评价土地资源利用的社会和经济效益情况以及面临矛盾和挑战，提出相应的对策建议。研究方法：归纳、演绎和对比分析及统计分析法。研究结论：广东省土地利用的集约化程度逐年有所提高，但仍处于粗放、低效状态；建设用地需求矛盾突出，耕地保护形势严峻。其出路和对策是：转变经济增长方式，走内涵挖潜、集约用地模式；建立农地保护激励机制；走集中型城市化发展道路。

Challenges and Countermeasures for Land Resource Sustainable Utilization in Guangdong Province

Based on the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of land resource utilization in Guangdong Province, the purpose of this study is to synthetically analyze and evaluate the social-economic benefits and being faced with conflicts and challenges of land utilization and put forward some countermeasures. Method of induction, deduction and statistic analysis were employed. The main points includes: land use efficient is becoming higher but still low; the contradiction between construction land demand and supply is serious and the situation of cultivated land protection is not optimism. The solution includes: (a) changing economic increase mode and arousing intensive land use; (b) establishing cultivated land protection prompting system; (c) developing metropolis for urbanization.
