| 摘 要： | 霍布斯提出的＂秩序问题＂在中国社会转型期具有重要的现实启示意义.良好的社会秩序是改革顺利进行的前提条件,秩序的建构依赖于相互合作的集体行动,合作以信任为基础,以制度为保障.我们要根据社会转型期的特点不断地进行制度创新和道德整合,构建起比较完善和稳定的社会秩序.

| Abstract: | Order question put forward by Hobbes has important enlightenment significance in transitional period of Chinese sociey. Good society order is prerequisite for successful progress of reformation, building of order depends on collective action with mutual cooperation, cooperation takes the credit as basis, the system as safeguard. We should carry on system innovation and marality conformity constantly according to the characteristics of transitional period of society, build quite perfect and stable sociey order. |
