| 摘 要： | 国家创新系统今天越来越受到跨国公司R&D投资的影响。本文基于主成分分析的方法,以东道国为视角,对跨国公司R&D投资对国家创新系统的影响作了实证分析。研究发现,跨国公司R&D投资对国家创新系统的知识创造能力、企业技术创新能力和创新绩效作用并不显著,但它显著地促进了知识流动能力和技术创新环境,并且带动了国内企业的R&D投资,从而对国家创新系统产生积极作用。本文最后提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on theories of principal component analysis,this paper analyzes the effect of Multinational Corporation's research and development(R&D)investment on the National Innovation System(NIS) from the host country's view.It argues that the effect of R&D on knowledge creative capacity and innovation performance of NIS is of insignificance.However,through improving the capacity of knowledge flow,the environment of innovation and technical spillover and crowding in domestic R&D investment,R&D of Multinational Corporations produces positive effects on NIS. |
