所有制因素是导致我国中小企业贷款难的重要因素.文章通过构建间接融资所有制因素分析模型,对比分析了存在与不存在所有制差别的情况,并对模型进行了扩展分析,强调了广泛存在于现行投融资体制中的所有制歧视现象.针对所有制歧视,文章提出的对策包括降低交易成本、存量改革以及增量改革.
