行车自动控制系统的设计

摘    要:行车起重系统主要应用在冶金、机械制造等重型企业,其主要任务是把负载吊起并移动到预定的位置。以某电镀车间的工艺流程为背景,利用PLC实现行车的自动控制,使行车的控制平稳并确保负载能准确快速地到达目标位置。

Abstract:Traveling cranes control system is mainly used in the metallurgical industry and heavy machinery manufacturing enterprises.The main task of this system is lifting loads and moving them to the designated location.The automatic control system is based on PLC with a background of electroplating workshops.It can make the electrical machinery control of the traveling crane speed up and slow down smoothly and ensure that the load reach the target location quickly and accurately.
