论医院固定资产管理存在的问题及对策

就目前的社会经济而言,国家拨给医院的资金是很有限的,而正是因为这样,医院更应该在面对经费不足的时候,计划好开源节流,管理好现有的固定资产,并优化资源,努力提高社会效益以及经济效益。本文简单地探讨目前医院固定资产管理中存在的问题以及对策。

Discussion on the Problems and Solutions of Fixed Assets Management of Hospital

For the current social and economic, the state funds allocated to hospitals is very limited, and because of this, the hospital should increase income and decrease expenditure, manage well the existing fixed assets, optimize resources, and make efforts to improve the social and economic benefits, when they face the inadequate funding. This paper discussed the problems in the fixed assets management of the hospital and countermeasures.
