| 摘 要： | 针对山东省水资源时空分布极为不均,尤其在全球气候变化和人类活动双重因素的交织作用下,其水资源供需矛盾及生态环境恶化问题更加突出的现实,按照最严格水资源管理制度要求,从可持续发展观的角度,探讨山东省各区域水资源可持续利用模式与对策,以期为山东省水资源的可持续利用、经济社会的协调发展以及生态环境的保护提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Due to the uneven spatial and temporal distribution of water resources in Shandong Province, especially the interaction of global climate change and human activities, the issues of water demand-supply conflict and eco- environmental degradation in Shandong Province have been increasingly conspicuous. According to the most stringent requirements of water management and from the view of the sustainable development concept, this study proposes the modes and countermeasures for sustainable utilization of water resources in various districts of Shandong Province, providing references for the sustainable utilization of water resources, coordinated development of economy and society, and protection of the eco-enviromnent in Shandong Province |
