| Abstract: | The global pandemic is still worsening.According to data from the World Health Organization(WHO),as of April 24,the number of confirmed cases of novel coronavirus has exceeded 2,549,632 cases and more than 175,825 deaths.The world has to face risks and losses that may far exceed those of the 2008 international financial crisis and the 1929 Great Depression.Mankind is facing a historic challenge and the world is undergoing the profound changes. |
