| 摘 要： | 西北地区资源型城市的发展中一直存在着经济结构不合理、物质资本稀缺且使用效率较低、产业集聚效应和规模效应较小、人口结构失衡以及生态环境恶化等困境,这也是制约其转型和可持续发展的关键因素.要实现其成功的转型必须从产业转型、企业转型、政府转型和体制转型等多方面调整与改革.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the plight of the Resource-based Cities in the Northwest China from economic structure,physical capital,agglomeration effect of urban and industry,scale effect of manufacturing.Based on the plight analysis of those cities,this paper suggests that the transformation route includes industry transformation,enterprise transformation,governmental transformation and institution system transformation. |
