| 摘 要： | 物流社会化将成为饭店物流的重要选择方向，它日益成为饭店节约经营管理成本和实现绿色经营的重要手段。从饭店物流社会化的基本内涵出发，划分了饭店物流社会化的类型，研究了饭店物流社会化的决策要素，提出了饭店物流社会化的决策过程，并对饭店物流社会化的障碍因素进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The socialization of logistics will become hotel's important selective direction, and increasingly become the important measure of saving hotel's management cost and realizing the green management. This paper starts the point from basic concept of the socialization of hotel's logistics, and divides into different categories, also puts forward the decision-making process of the socialization of hotel's logistic based on the analysis of the decision-making elements of the socialization of hotel's logistics. |
