| 摘 要： | 我国服务贸易的发展现状是服务贸易国际收支逆差变动较大,且逆差有不断加大的趋势;制约我国服务贸易国际竞争力提高的主要因素是服务贸易内部结构不合理,发展存在严重的城乡、区域不平衡,管理体制滞后,人才缺乏;增强我国服务贸易国际竞争力的主要对策是调整服务贸易内部结构、优化服务业地区结构、加快人才培养、完善服务贸易管理体制。

| Abstract: | The present situation of service trade development in China is that passive balance of payment has changed greatly,and passive balance of payment tends to broaden.The key factors of preventing the international competitiveness of service trade from strengthening are: unreasonable internal structure of service trade,serious imbalance development between city and countryside,lagged administrative system,shortage of the talents.The strategies to strengthening the competitive power are: adjusting internal structure of the service trade,optimizing structure of the service industry area,accelerating cultivation of the talents,and perfecting administrative system of service trade. |
