| Abstract: | The paper classifies the risks faced by the supply chain alliances of start-up high-tech enterprises into groups of riks of erroneous partnership decision,financial risks,technical risks,market risks and management risks,and then offers measures for the management of these risks from the perspectives of prudent selection of alliance members,adoption of appropriate cooperation schemes,effective aversion of market and technical risks,and the establishment of trust among partners. |
