知识经济下我国企业集团的虚拟化发展

知识经济强调互补、快速反应及网络化,它不仅对扩张与规模存在明显矛盾、适应市场能力弱、规范化脆弱的我国企业集团的生存与发展提出了严峻的挑战,也为其虚拟化发展提供了软、硬环境的支持。综合分析这种虚拟化发展很有必要性及可行性。企业结构、要素流动、配套制度建设等方面的策略可以促进我国企业集团虚拟化的实施。

Virtualization of Chinese Enterprise Groups in Knowledge-based Economy

Knowledge- bassed economy emphasizes complementary, quick response and network- orientation. On one hand, it challenges the survival and development of Chinese enterprise groups, which are hindened by the obvious restriction of scale expanding, low adaptability to the market and lacking of standardization. On the other hand, it provides great support of software and hardware environment for the virtualization.This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of it, and offers some corresponding suggestions to bring virtual enterprise groups into effect in terms of enterprise structure, element flow as well as the construction of relevant systems.
