| Abstract: | The development of digital archives needs some relevant legislations to follow up.This article analyzes the digital archives process,discusses the present situation of digital archives legislation,proposes the key point of digital archives legislation in the future and the idea to strengthen protection.All of these above are helpful to the healthy development of the digital construction of archives. |
