| Abstract: | Chinese excellent traditional culture embodies lots of rich thinking and strategies in management. The ideas like "kindness and justice", "govern by no-interference", "universal love", and "government by law " have important reference effect on the harmonious development of Chinese insurance. To study the relationship between traditional culture and insurance industry is to use the past for the benefit of the present, to learn from Chinese ancient management ideas and make every effort in constructing the harmonious insurance industry. |
