| Abstract: | This paper summarizes and comments on the domestic and international research on urban land-scale briefly, analyze the factors influencing land-scale, establishes the multi-purpose planning model to ascertain the urban land-scale, illustrates the framework to analyze the reasonable urban land-scale structurally and systemically, analyze the reasonable urban land-scale in the furore comprehensively, obtains the goal of reasonable urban land-scale and the necessary conditions to achieve its objectives. This paper offers the decision basis and consultation to help the planning administrative department to confirm the reasonable land-scale of the city and government to realize the macro-adjustments and control the land-utilization, then dispose the land resource rationally, and improve the efficiency of land-utilization. |
