摘    要:将曲面与曲面之间的接触原理应用于数控加工中 ,解决了圆柱凸轮、圆锥凸轮等空间凸轮的精密加工问题。该方法是通过凸轮展开后 ,凸轮的轴向坐标、周向坐标和转角的几何关系及其曲线方程 ,解算出凸轮的切向矢量 ,进而求出圆柱型铣刀接触点的法向矢量及其接触点的坐标 ,即完成凸轮转角与刀具轴向移动间的对应关系——刀具轨迹计算 ,实现凸轮的数控加工。

Abstract:The principle of the surfaces contact is applied into the NC machining of spatial cams to solve the problem of precise machining of the cylinder cam and bevel cam.This method,by developing the cam on to plane,finds the geometrical relationship between the axial coordination,the peripheral coordination,and the rotational angle,and the tangential vector.Then,finds out the normal vector and coordination of the contact point on the miller,so as to fulfill the calculation of the corresponding relation between the rotation of the cam and the axial movement of the cutter,and realize the NC machining of the cam.
