| Abstract: | This article expounds on the necessity and feasibility of cultivating market of live standing timber,also gives depth analysis of its restriction factors,including gains anticipated,policy and technical factors etc.On the basis of above,the article proposes basic thinking on promoting the development of the market for live standing timber,namely take propaganda enlarging as premise,policy consummation as foundation,technology enhancing as core,mechanism perfecting as key,monitoring strengthening as security. |
