| 摘 要： | 遏制资本外逃，国内政策固然是根本，但是如果资本的逃出国与逃入国能进行相互协作，则会取得事半功倍的效果。本从遏制资本外逃的外部环境入手，主要就资本外逃监管的国际协作进行探讨。
