| 摘 要： | 阐述了铁路应用性科技成果和铁路专有技术的特性,对铁路转轨时期因对铁路应用性科技成果的认识不足、保护不当造成铁路无形资产流失的可能性进行了探讨,提出了市场经济条件下铁路应用性科技成果保护的措施和建议。

| Abstract: | This paper illustrates the characteristics of railway applicable tech-nological achievements and railway know-how. Then it probes into the possi-bility of losing railway intangible assets due to acknowledgement absence andimproper protection to railway applicable technological achievements duringthe reform of railway. The paper concludes by putting forward the solutionsand suggestions for the protection of railway applicable technological achieve-ments under market economy. |
