| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外原油贸易计量的现状研究，分析我国目前原油贸易计量技术与国际惯例之间存在的差距；对我国原油计量同国际接轨的有关方法、标准和技术进行探讨；指出，原油计量体积交油同国际接轨是必要的和可行的。

| Abstract: | After a careful research on the current situation of the crude trading measurement both domestically and abroad, this paper analyzes the differences between China's current crude trading measuring technology and the international practice. It also discusses the corresponding methods, standards and technology in order to bring China's crude measurement more in line with international practice, which is both necessary and feasible. |
