| 摘 要： | 分析了陕西省国有森工企业实施天然林保护工程后,在岗职工、一次性安置和下岗职工、离退休和内退职工的权益状况。针对工程实施后对职工权益的各项损害,提出保障职工权益的对策建议,包括完善天然林保护工程《实施方案》、推进森工企业改革、加大政策性安置职工力度、加强再就业服务体系建设和完善社会保障体系。

| Abstract: | The article analyzed the guarantee condition of workers' rights and interests in state-owned forestry industry corporation in Shaanxi after the implementation of Natural Forest Resource Conservation Project in state-owned forestry region.Be directed at the violating of workers' rights and interests proposing suggestions to ensuring their rights and interests,including improved the"implementation plan",advanced the innovation of the corporation,enlarged the dynamics of policy arranging for workers,strengthen employment service system and strengthen social security system construction. |
