| 摘 要： | 天津滨海新区发展上升为国家战略已过去两年。基于国内外经济形势的新变化和环渤海区域发展格局的新调整,有必要重新审视滨海新区作为北方经济中心发展的现实条件、比较优势与衍生优势,并对滨海新区的创新发展模式加以阐述和总结。

| Abstract: | It has been two years since it has become national strategy which is development of the new coastal region of Tianjin.Based on the new changes of the pattern of Bohai region and economic situation at home and abroad,it is necessary to afresh survey realistic condition and comparative advantage of the new coastal region of Tianjin as the economic center of the north of China,and to summarize the innovation development model. |
