| Abstract: | Based on the game theory, the paper illustrates the necessity of the 4PL providers. In addition, it starting from the definition of the 4PL analyses its character, functions, models. Meanwhile, this paper reveals the relationship between the 4PL and eompanions. Eventually, it discusses the development of the 4PL. |
