| 摘 要： | 介绍国内外若干老旧水电站的保护和利用的典型案例。引入工业遗产的概念，分析工业遗产与我国小水电的关系，认为我国小水电行业中有一批老旧电站具有作为工业遗产的潜质；提出有必要对它们进行小水电工业遗产保护和利用，探讨了开展该项工作需要注意的几个问题。
