城市地质环境经济评价与城市建设用地规划

全文共分四部分。第一部分讨论了地质环境经济评价对城市建设用地规划的意义。指出城市地质环镜经济评价能实现用经济定量的概念表达和描述地质环境对土地利用的影响程度，架起地质环境信息与城市规划等部门间的桥梁。第二部分论述了城市地质环境经济评价的基本原理。其基本思路是想通过研究影响城市土地利用的环境地质因素及其可能产生的费用，创立地质经济指标系，然后运用这些指标评价土地，将地学信息转换为易于非地学工作者使用的经济信息。第三部分概述了城市地质环境经济评价的地质因素费用计算问题，列举了８种地质因素费用计算公式，是地质环境经济评价的定量分析基拙。第四部分论述城市地质环境经济评价与城市建设用地规划。在论述地质环境经济评价的步骤和成果的基础上，具体说明了评价成果对城市建设用地规划的指导作用和应用价值。

The Economic Evaluation of Urban Geologic Environment with Urban Land Use Planning

This paper consists of four parts. (1) Uscuss the significance of geologic environmental econowhc evaluation of urban land use planning. It shows that the evaluation can use econowhcquantitative concept to express the affection of geologic environment to land use and becone abridge between geologic environment information and urban land planning. (2) Discuss the basicprinciple of the evaluation, the basic clue is to establish system of geologic-economic indexes bythe study of geologic Wironment factors and cost affecting tirban land use, then with these indexes,land can be evaluated and then the geologic information turns to economic informationwhich is apt to be used by the non-geologists. (3) Give eight models computing the cost causedby geoledc factors. (4) discuss the relationship between geologic environmental economic evaluation and urban hod use planning. On the basis of discussing the procedure and the achievementsin the evaluation, the article concretely explains the instructive effect and application value of theachievements in the evaluation for urban land use planning.
