中部地区农村崛起的障碍及崛起对策

在中部崛起战略的实施过程中,中部农村地区出现了明显的“塌陷”,针对中部地区农村居民人均纯收入低且收入增长缓慢、农业在全国的地位下降、农业科技投入少,劳动力文化素质低等崛起障碍,应实施因地制宜的农村经济结构调整,大力推进城市化进程,加快农业和农村人口的转移速度,加大农村的科技和教育投入等对策,促进中部农村地区的崛起。

Central area countryside uprising's obstacle and countermeasures

During the rise of central China,the countryside became sank.The obttacles,such as the net income of peasant is low,the pisition of agriculture descend;technology investment is low,culture of the work force is also poor.For these reasons,The countryside of central China should take the following countermeasures,such as adjusting economic structure,speeding up urbanization,transfering countryside population into urban,improving technology and educating investment to speed up the countryside rising of central China.
