地质调查项目经费管理中值得探讨的几个问题

Disscussion on Several Problems in the Funds Management for Geological Survey Projects

The paper gives an analysis on some problems existing in the fund management for geological survey projects .The main problems of focus include: no enough budget for basic expenditures; no complete integration between the work of geological survey and the system of national budget; no adaption of the system of accounting to the needs of management. It goes on to provide some thoughts on finding solutions to mentioned problems: normalize the relevent stipulations in relations to the project fund management for geological survey; revise the current budgetary method and tighten up the acceptance final accounts.
