| 摘 要： | 当前,在黑龙江省农村存在着大量的剩余劳动力,并已经成为阻碍黑龙江省农业经济发展的大问题.因此,应从挖掘农业内部就业潜力,加快城市化进程,破除制度障碍,政策引导,提高农村劳动者素质等五个方面解决黑龙江省对农业剩余劳动力转移的问题.
