| 摘 要： | 和谐图书馆在和谐社会的建设中,起着举足轻重的作用。构建和谐图书馆是创建和谐社会、和谐校园的必然要求,也是促进人的全面发展的要求。本文探讨了构建高校和谐图书馆的意义,分析了高校和谐图书馆的特征,提出了建立合理的馆藏体系、树立以读者为本的服务理念、坚持以人为本的管理思想。

| Abstract: | Harmonious library plays an important role in the construction of harmonious society.The construction of harmonious library is a necessity of constructing harmonious society and campus.It is also a demand for a person’s overall development.This paper explores the significance of constructing harmonious university library,analyzes the features of it,puts forward the concept of establishing reasonable holding system and the service concept of "reader-oriented" and "people-oriented". |
