| 摘 要： | 当前,我国金融保险业已经步入了融合竞争时代,保险企业的集团化建设已越过了为什么要集团化的阶段,步入了怎样集团化的阶段。本文介绍了我国保险集团资源整合的现状,提出了基于资产负债管理理论的保险集团资源整合框架,并基于此框架提出基于资产负债管理理论的资产保险集团资源整合企业流程设计和监管层面的政策建议。
