The Establishment of Political Civilization Should Persist in Being Ruled by Law and Morals |

| Abstract: | The combination of administering a country according to law and morals in the objective requirements of carrying out "three represents" and developing socialist political civilization. Being ruled by law can provide system guarantee for political civilization, while being ruled by morals can provide spiritual support and intelligent support for it. The combination of the two can promote the establishment of socialist civilization and push forward the progress and development of human being civilization. |
