项目管理在供应链管理中的应用

随着市场竞争的越来越激烈，供应链取代了单个企业成为竞争的主体，供应链管理在企业管理中变得越来越重要。本文从企业实施供应链管理所面临的关键问题入手，把项目管理的基本思想、方法和工具应用到供应链管理中，围绕“以顾客为中心的客户关系管理”这一问题展开讨论，提出了以‘组’为单位的顾客服务的模式，以及企业供应链管理的全新组织结构——基于核心企业的矩阵式组织结构。

Application Analysis of Project Management in the Supply Chain Management

As the market competition is more and more fierce,Supply Chain displaces the firm as the body of competition.Supply chain management becomes more and more important in enterprise management.This paper begins with the key problems of supply chain management.Then it applies the basic thought,method and tool of Project Management in the supply chain management.It discusses the `around customer's customer relation management emphatically,puts forward the model of serving to customer by `group' and a new organizational strucure:matrix organizational structure based on the key enterprise.
