| 摘 要： | SA8000社会责任标准体系具有明显的两面性,即表现为积极影响和消极影响两个方面.其对我国出口企业的影响也具有两面性,具体体现在:一方面有利于形成企业国际贸易竞争优势,保护劳工的合法权益,促进我国出口产业结构的升级;另一方面具有消弱出口产品的竞争优势,制约出口的扩大效应,降低我国对外资吸引力的影响.应重新评估我国劳动力资源的比较优势,完善劳动法,改善企业员工工作和生活条件,同时,制定我国的企业社会责任标准.

| Abstract: | The social responsibility standard SA8000 has positive and negative qualities,and its influence to Chinese export enterprises shows in the following two aspects: it will be helpful to form competitive advantage of international trade,protect labors' legal rights,and promote the upgrading of export industrial structure;on the other hand,it can weaken the competitive advantage of export products,limit expansion effect of export,and decrease China's attraction to foreign capital.Therefore,we should reappraise ... |
