“责任式创新”框架下科技治理范式重构

近年来，科技治理问题日益受到社会重视，如何以更合理的方式促进创新与社会价值融合已经成为各国科技治理面临的一个重要问题。21世纪初，在欧美兴起的“责任式创新”阐述了集体、开放、综合创新方法，为科技治理提供了具有实践效力的伦理框架。我国正处于建设创新型国家的战略机遇期，科技治理相关体制机制尚不健全，“责任式创新”模式有利于推动我国“创新”与“责任”相结合、促进创新活动符合社会期望并实现科技治理范式重构。

Paradigm Transformation of S&T Governance under the Framework of RRI

How to promote the integration of innovation and social value in a more reasonable way has become an important problem facing the science and technology governance of all countries.
