智慧制造模式及运行架构研究

摘    要:制造环境变化和制造技术进步促使制造模式不断升级,智慧制造成为制造业发展的必然趋势。回顾制造业发展历程,分析制造模式演化趋势,通过与传统制造模式对比,提出智慧制造模式概念模型。为了更加直观地描述智慧制造运行方式,阐释智慧制造体系标准和关键技术,在此基础上构建智慧制造运行架构,并指出该架构下企业的运行特点。

Abstract:The change of environment and the progress of technology promote the continuous upgrading of manufacturing mode, which make the appearance of wisdom manufacturing become an inevitable trend in the development of manufacturing industry. The development process of manufacturing industry was reviewed as well as the evolution trend of manufacturing mode was analyzed, A Conceptual Model of wisdom manufacturing mode based on comparing with the traditional manufacturing mode was proposed. The system standards and key technologies of wisdom manufacturing were explained, which to describe the operational ways of wisdom manufacturing intuitively, given the preceding foregoing, The operational framework of wisdom manufacturing was constructed, and the operational characteristics of enterprises was pointed out.
