核心企业治理能力对模块化组织价值创新的影响

模块化组织中核心企业治理能力直接关系到组织价值创新绩效。构建了核心企业治理能力影响模块化组织价值创新的概念模型，并将环境动态性作为调节变量引入该模型。基于268家以模块化方式运行的样本企业数据开展实证研究发现：核心企业治理能力所包含的系统设计能力、合作主导能力、关系协调能力和知识重构能力均对模块化组织价值创新产生了正向影响。其中，系统设计能力对组织价值创新的促进作用最大，其它依次为关系协调能力、知识重构能力和合作主导能力；在环境动态性的调节作用下，核心企业关系协调能力和知识重构能力会增强对组织价值创新的正向影响，而系统设计能力和合作主导能力会削弱对组织价值创新的正向影响。

The Research of the Impact of the Governances Capacity of the Core Enterprise on the Value Innovation of Modular Organization:The Moderating Effect of Environmental Dynamism

In the complex and dynamic environment,the level of governance of the core enterprise in the modular organization will have a great impact on the value innovation performance of the modular organization.Based on the systematical analysis of the relationship between the different governance capacities of the core enterprise and the value innovation of the modular organization,the article constructs the conceptual model of the relationships between the governance capacities of the core enterprise and the value innovation of the modular organization,which moderated by the environmental dynamic.Then,depended on the survey data from 268 enterprises which operating in a modular mode,the article does an empirical test on the hypothesis of the conceptual model of the relationships.The results showed that:the governance capacities of the core enterprise,which are system design ability,cooperation ability,coordination ability and knowledge reconstruction ability,have a significant positive effect on the value innovation performance of the modular organization; the relationships between the different governance capacities of the core enterprise and the value innovation of the modular organization are positively regulated by dynamic environment.
