摘    要:“共享经济”模式正成为业界和学术界关注的焦点。系统分析了共享经济模式的应用现状、效果与问题。基于万物演化过程的递弱代偿规律,阐明了共享经济其实是为了解决当前遇到的资源匹配问题而不得不出现的被动创新,从传统经济到共享经济是一个“去中介化”和基于共享平台的“再中介化”过程。在分析共享经济的资源动态定价机制、自由机制和双向约束机制等核心内容的基础上,结合共享经济的社群化、专业化和从C2C到B2B的发展趋势,给出了共享经济发展策略。

Abstract:The rapid development of the "sharing economy" has caught attention from the industry and academia.This paper systematically analyzes the current situation, effects and existing problems of sharing economy.Based on the "decreasing and compensating" law in evolution, this paper claims that sharing economy is obliged to be appear as a passive innovation to solve the "resource matching" problem by means of technologies.The development of the sharing economy is a process of "disintermediation" and "re-intermediation".After analyzing the key contents including dynamic pricing mechanism, freedom mechanism and bilateral constrain mechanism,corresponding strategies for developing sharing economy are put forward combining its and the socialization, professional and B2B trend.
